It's Been a While

Haven't had much time to post anything, been real busy, changing residences, etc.  Not much has changed, I've been researching lenses for my camera, probably going to go with the Canon EF-S 18-85mm IS; a lens that has some wide angle and telescoping abilities, excellent image quality, an acceptable aperture range, all at reasonable price.  In doing the research, I learned a great deal about digital photography.  Anyways, I've decided to post some more pictures, all of which are slightly edited.

Introduction

Just an introduction.  The Name is Matt, I'm a recent graduate at NCSU.  I'm just working in a transitional job, and trying to find out what I really want to do with my education.  I'm really looking forward to where that takes me.  This blog was created primarily for me to share my progress as a photographer.  I have had an interest in photography over the last several years, and finally decided to purchase a digital slr.  I look to improve my skills as a photographer.
